He refused to talk to us

a1 reveals the truth behind the breach with the fourth bandmember

In 2002, on our way to a tour in Germany, a1 got the shocking news, VG is writing.

- We stod on the airport, and had tryed to reach him for a long time. He didn't answer on the phone or by SMS. But in the end, I got a textmessage where he told us that he had quite the band, and that we had to read the letter he had sent out through his manager, says Mark Read (31) to the newspaper.

Mark and the two other bandmembers, Christian Ingebrigtsen (32) and Ben Adams (28), does not put behind the bush that it never was the best chemistry between them and the 35 year old Paul Marazzi.

- I remember an episode in New York, he would not sign autographs with us - and he chose to do it alone. All the contact had to go through our tour manager. That felt a bit weird. He was in many ways a lonesome wolf, says Christian Ingebrigtsen to VG.

The newspaper has not got a hold of Paul Marazzi, but through his manager he says that he wishes to focus on his own career and does not want to comment the statement from a1.
